Hampton Inn Eden

My family has stayed in this hotel for many years. It has always been very clean and well run, and the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I'm going to be in this place for 3 months whether I like it or not. The staff is very nice but you can judge by the photos the quality of my stay. I asked to be moved from my first room because the couch was disgusting. The new room is not much better. Loved finding toe nails next to the bed. The couch is also gross. I would move hotels altogether but my employer refuses to let that happen. Glad they have their employees back. Don't stay here. The econo lodge looks like a better choice.

My friend and I were traveling with dogs, we looked up pet friendly hotels to find a place for the night and this one came up. We booked it through Priceline and when we showed up the hotel refused to give us a room despite their website listing it as pet friend as well. They said it was a Priceline problem and wouldn't honor their website listing. When I asked to speak to the manager the woman the desk got her on the phone but didn't put her through to me only told me that the manager said they had a no pet policy. within hours the website was changed. This all took place after 9 PM at night causing us to have to scramble to find a place for the night. The woman working was rude and smug and not at all apologetic for their mistake in the listing. No form of compensation was offered and I will never book with Hampton Inn at any of their properties after this experience.

Room was clean, staff was nice, car died and they happened to have a jump start kit, life saver. wish the room curtains would block out light, to much light getting into the room at night.

Amazing hotel! The staff is super friendly. Angela, the GM, is so sweet and friendly. Haley and Joanna on the front desk are super nice and amazing as well. I'll be going back to see those 3 ladies again!
