A 100% turn around love the new property owners they have cleaned the place up tremendously...love it

Pros and cons like all other neighborhoods but you only need first months rent no deposit required and the maintenance men fix things fast.. The landlady does come across harsh at times but she will work with you as long as you remain respectful.. Neighbors mind their business and children play safely out here

Quiet nice area to live but depends on which house you get some are an amazing deal and ;me are falling apart.
