That place could be better. If people dont pay rent they get put out. Well management could do better.

The roads in and out have major potholes seriously needs to be repaved

Dirty, unkept grounds. Many abansoned trailers with busted out windows. Just a quick rain shower turns the ground into a muddy lake.

I live here with my wife and my daughter Greta it's a good place. The neighbors talk each other and help each other out. Love it.

Its clean the grounds you can eat off the ground really its that clean. The staff is really nice and they will send you to where you need to be. I give em a 10 on a scale from 1 to 10 . And tell em Ol Mart from Texas sent ya
