DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Rocky Mount

Very clean and the front desk is very friendly

Nice hotel. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Convenient restaurants nearby as well as groceries and shopping areas. Outdoor pool is heated, which was nice. Made use of the gym, which was better equipped than many hotels I've stayed in (a small number of free weights, couple treadmills, and a universal cable machine). Would stay here again.

This was one of the best nights in our five hotel stays traveling to Florida. We really loved the bed It was so comfortable we did not want to get going the next morning. We will stop here again and not just for the free cookie but that is also on my mind. We will make more time to spend here on our next pass through.

Decent....but not great. I understand it is under renovation so I won't judge too harshly on appearance. Front desk employees were helpful, but not friendly at all. The attached steakhouse is a plus. For the price it was a good stay (compared to Hilton properties in Wilson). Ill probably give it another chance the next time I'm in Rocky Mount. And hopefully after renovations are complete.

Kenya at the Front Desk is an absolute angel. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go out of her way to help us make our stay more enjoyable did not go unnoticed. We were so glad to walk in and see her friendly, smiling face to be the first to greet us.
