Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Rocky Mount, NC

We picked Country Inn & Suites for the indoor pool/hot tub and free breakfast. When we got there, Shayy was phenomenal- excellent customer service! Our room is clean, e have endless hot water and good pressure in the shower, and noise has not been an issue. Unfortunately though, the pool was closed and the jacuzzi tub shown in our reservation picture was apparently not what we booked?! Not cool, hotels.com! Overall, we're pleased, but our kids are super-bummed!

Hotel and staff were amazing! Stayed for a pitstop en route for a vacation and was so impressed I wanted to cancel our trip just for the hotel. Room was perfectly clean and comfortable. So many little things that made the stay and room special. Would love to come and stay again!

Clean, and VERY nice staff. We had a king size bed and a pull out couch for the kids. It was nice to have a door separating us from the kids, so we could watch different shows on T.V. I'd stay here again for sure!

I'm a lady who likes hotels. This Inn was the next best thing! The relatively short notice was made to attend a celebration of life memorial for a family member. The front desk staff person was very polite and engaging when we arrived a bit past midnight. A hot breakfast wasn't available due to covid19 precautions; yet, light refreshments of coffee, tea, fresh fruit and prepackaged muffins were offered in lieu. The rooms are clean. The building appears to be renovated, and I had a pet-friendly room which was great to travel with my dog. I would refer or visit again.

I am currently writing this review while laying in bed NOT sleeping after a long day of travel to attend my husbands aunts funeral. There has been loud music and a church service coming through the floor. I’ve called the guests services TWICE. Once to find out when they were supposed to be done. I was informed they would be done by 930pm which I think is still pretty late to be having a band blasting music. Once it was after 930pm I called down and was told they understood my frustration and had someone go speak to them. It’s now 950pm and no end in sight. This is absolutely ridiculous! The room has been decent and the beds are comfortable. I wish I could enjoy it and get some sleep.
