Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Rocky Mount

Place is new!! Smells amazing. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very limited. Loved the oversized room and so did the kids. PS I am not usually a fan of Fairfield! This place is really nice. Will stay again!

The room was nice and clean. The gym and the pool are closed. They have a breakfast, but you can't eat it in the dinning area. They give it to you in the bag, but it is not edible. The room has a small refrigerator, microwave (it was dirty inside and outside, had a lot of fingerprints) and coffee machine (they provided only decaf coffee). The staff weren't rude, but looked indifferent. I don't want to be a b..ch, but a clean and neat clothes would help the staff look more professional.

Bilal is amazing !! This hotel is so nice, new, clean and I mean the staff are all wonderful. Very friendly. They make sure you are comfortable. That front desk staff is so nice. Best hotel in the area.

Stayed here on a road trip from NY to FL during COVID. This was our first stop after a long day of driving from NY. Rodney at the front desk was super friendly and rooms were modern and clean. This was very comforting during the pandemic. We checked out and hours later I realized we had left my toddler’s blanket and stuffed animals behind. Rodney came to the rescue in finding them for us and quickly helped me to make sure they would get shipped out ASAP. This was so appreciated! Thank you for a pleasant stay and all your help in retrieving our left items!

Newly updated. Immaculately Clean property--Clean room --with sitting area, two large smart flat screen TVs, kitchenette. Breakfast is Grab&Go with current environmentnDefinitely following Covid-19 protocol..felt safe... Near highways..No Complaints will stay again if in area.
