Candlewood Suites Rocky Mount

Super helpful front desk, already checked me in before I arrived as I booked online after a long day of driving which was very convenient! Room is pristine. Extremely clean & soft comfy bed.

We arrived a little early for check in and our room was ready! The lady was nice and pleasant when checking in. And when we got to our room it was clean and smelling good. Candlewood Suites is one of our favorite hotel chains we like to stay when away from home.

Stayed one night here, excellent hotel. Greg at the front desk was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Free and plentiful parking, reasonable pet fee, clean and spacious rooms with all the amenities of an extended-stay. Password secured wifi. They did seem to skip out on providing breakfast at all, however.nGood value for the price, would stay here again if passing through.

The facility was fine, and did accept our dog. There was no breakfast, the coffee maker was broken. but there was a diner that opened at 6am across in the parking lot. Lower rating for IGH corporate, which cancelled my reservation w/out letting me know.

Older gentleman at front desk has superb customer service skills and very hospitable! Love the room renovations in the suites. I was so very thankful they had a nice laundry area (that did not cost me to utilize and a nice gym to accommodate guests.nAccommodated my service dog during my stay.nI will definitely stay at the property again!
