Pine Hill Park

Great place to retire! My father-in-law has lived their for 5 years and loves it.

Pine Hill Park is a resident-owned, 55+ mobile home park. It’s a beautiful, well-maintained Park. There’s a clubhouse and swimming pool and planned activities. Maintenance fee includes water, sewage, lawn care, basic cable tv, garbage pick up, and use of facilities. There are full-time and part-time residents. Residents volunteer to do various tasks around the park which helps keep maintenance fees low.

Friendly neighborhood for vist lots of nice places all the trailers that are in their for rent seem to be in really good shape
