Nice subdivision environment ran by a family for the past few decades. Many families with children live here at Southern Estates. The mobile home park has much shade but small yards... which can be an advantage if you don't like mowing grass. The park is owned and operated by Mrs. Talton . A handyman is employed there and on duty to fix repairs daily. Very well maintained dwellings with beautiful scenery. Nice place for family and safe and secure environment. 5 out of 5 stars in comparison to neighboring mobile home parks.
