Recently bought a place in the area and was looking for a LBS to support. Got a tune up on my road bike at BB&B and was happy with the experience. Today I brought in a dented alloy gravel wheel and they made quick work of the repair! Definitely on board with recommending BB&B based on my two experiences.
I was having loud creaking and squeaking noises every time load was placed on the chain. BBB diagnosed it as a bottom bracket issue and fixed it on the spot in about 45 minutes. Great service!
These guys are the BEST and make you feel like family even when this whole crisis is going on, best bike store I've ever gone to! Definitely that 5 star rating you are seeing!
