Best Western Smoky Mountain Inn

This is the best kept place I've stayed at in quite some time. Very clean spacious rooms . Located on a hill off US Highway 74 so a little hard to see but that's fine with me. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This place is so Awesome the staff is friendly , kind and helpful the ladies at the front desk are so delightful and kind just like family so if your in Waynesville this is the place to stay i'm already planing a trip back really soon ❤

Absolutely loved my stay, service was incredible. Will for sure be staying here again in the future if I’m in the area.

The front desk will call every morning at 8am to ask if you want housekeeping. I'm on a vacation I'm sleeping and anyways even if you say no to housekeeping 20 minutes later you have the housekeeping at you door asking the same. I was there 4 nights they never left me sleep in the mornings and I have to complaint about my neighbors they had dogs running on the second floor all day no peace. I was going there to get away from the city noice and stress. Did not accomplish that. :(

Rooms are really clean. Friendly staff. Not to far to Maggie Valley and Cherokee
