Woodland Heights of Greensboro

This by far has been the place where I had the most pleasant experience. Amanda, Buddy, Melissa, Jennifer, I’m sure I’m missing names but every single staff member always went above and beyond. I lived there for 2.5 years before transitioning. If I could have moved them across the country I would have! Great place to live if you’re looking for somewhere that’s affordable, reliable, and convenient (in terms of location).

I have lived here just short of 4 years and love it and here's why. Firstly, the staff is friendly, informative and professional. The property manager, Jennifer, is the best. Whenever I have to call for maintenance the response is within a reasonable amount of time. I moved here from out of state solely because I had come to visit my daughter, who lived here at the time, and I found that her place was quiet and clean, so when I decided to move to North Carolina, I decided to make this place my home and I haven't regretted the decision to do so.nnIf you are contemplating moving here, I would highly recommend doing so. I think you will find it to be a great place to live. There is a fenced in area for pets, a playground for children and bar-b-que grills in the common yard area.nnOne more thing. The location is right off of I-85 and South Elm Eugene, which is very convenient. Not far away is a Walmart and several restaurants, a gas station less than a block away and a Waffle House within walking distance.

My fiancé and I and our 2 children (4 and 2) lived here for a year and we loved it! We only moved out because we had the opportunity to purchase a home. Jennifer and Amanda, in the front office, are so welcoming and go above and beyond to make sure you feel right at home. The playground and pool area were always so clean and safe for the kids to play. We loved all the resident activities that were held. If we had any maintenance requests, they would Be taken care of very quickly. We lived in a 2/2 with a balcony and the floor plan was perfect for our family. The kids shared a room and had no problems with it being to cramped. There was a crib with changing table attached and a full size bed in there for reference and they both were still able to play with their toys with plenty of room. The complex is very quiet and most of the residents are really friendly. I highly recommend living here! You won’t be disappointed.

We've been staying in this property for 3 years! This experience has been awesome all the way around! Entering in this apartment brand new, we had a GREAT VIEW and a magnificent stay! I would encourage anyone looking for a peaceful residency with respectable landlords and an awesome community near Walmart, Lowes, and the Highway!
