Answer to Halie review from 1 year ago, Yes water bugs and roaches are a pain, and especially in the south, your walls and insulation is probably infested. The only way to start getting rid of them is to put your home under contact with a pest control service. Especially if it is a home you are renting. Is there moisture under the place? If so, I would be more worried about mould , Which is extremely toxic. And yes roaches love that.

Have no idea why this place is rated so high. The only thing good about it is that it’s quiet, but this place is INFESTED with roaches. When I first moved in and told the landlord about it he said, “Oh they are just water bugs everyone has them you just need to deal with them.” Like it’s very obvious they are not water bugs. We have tried everything. We’ve sprayed, put traps, even roach killer gel out and they won’t go away. I’ve asked everyone in the park and they have them too. The entire land is infested. I would say if you’re looking for somewhere go elsewhere. He also didn’t fix any of the issues in the actual trailer.

Its very quite and nice place to live at Monroes. Mobile Home park.
