Best Western Butner Creedmoor Inn

This BW was a little odd. It had a deserted feel, dark, some room's doors were opened but had yellow caution tape, some areas taped off limits, etc. Front desk staff seemed disinterested upon check-in and out. Room was Spartan, linoleum floor throughout room, but appeared clean. Parking was easy, motel is close to I85, no restaurants around, was pricey given facilities, location, bagged breakfast, room, etc. It was a low average motel.

The entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay one of the best experiences we have had at any place anywhere! Convenient to Interstate 85, grocery, fast foods and restaurants, and local interests. Very clean (100% rating) and every extra you could ask for. Always service with a smile! Would recommend to anyone!

Samantha was very courteous and professional. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been at. Would recommend.

Always a great experience when I stay. Customer service is great in addition to the cleanliness of the rooms. Accommodations are made when needed and very quiet peaceful area. Prices are also reasonable.

Hotel was nicely re done, staff was very friendly and although there was no breakfast out the lady behind the desk made me a breakfast sandwich to go!
