Quality Inn & Suites Creedmor - Butner

I arrived very late (well passed midnight) on 2021-03-07, but was taken good care of quickly. Everything is convenient. The manager is very friendly.nThe smoke alarm went off twice. I did not have time to find out why.

Overall the room was ok, the beds weren’t horrible, everything was clean even being a smoking room. The appliances worked and the shower had a nice flow of water. The reason I’m giving 3 stars is they claim because of the pandemic they make you make coffee in your room ( there’s no creamer and 2 packets of sugar) she asked me what u wanted and I’m not sure? There’s a list but I’d like to look at food before I eat it. She offered me a cold sausage and gravy biscuit? I was supposedly expected to take this back to my room and heat it up. I just came from a holiday inn where they had a full breakfast and hot fresh eggs bacons and gravy etc. Just own that you’re lazy and don’t want to prepare the food for people. If I’d have known I’d have to go to Hardy’s across the street anyways I would’ve saved 25 dollars and slept in another hotel with no breakfast option.

I was very sleepy when I called for directions to this place and once I arrived and saw that my communication was through a hole in a plexiglass wall, whilst standing outside in a drizzle, I quickly realised.nnAfter attempting to make a reservation earlier via telephone, the representative told me that it wasn't necessary because they would have plenty of available non-smoking rooms when I arrive six hours later. He took my information and said he would pass it on to the night clerk. SURPRISE, there wasn't any available rooms, only smoking and the rep was unable to find my personal information.

Here because of winter ice storm, this place is warm, clean, friendly staff, highly recommended.

Rooms could have been a little cleaner, but overall the beds were comfortable
