Oakwood Apartments Raleigh Brier Creek

I requested information about this property and was contacted quickly by Shannon. Even though the property and apartments are beautiful, they ended up not having exactly what we're looking for as we're trying to find a place with a small yard. However, Shannon pointed me in the direction of other properties she believed would fit our needs and was just very helpful and nice to talk to. So while I can't give any info about the property, the 5 stars is a shout-out to Shannon lol

Disappointed in the responsiveness to maintenance requests. I’ve been calling about a fire escape light, shared outdoor hallway lights, and courtyard lights that all have burnt out since I moved in at least 2 months ago and no action has been taken. I’d love to take this review down whenever someone finally fixes these lights. Also, it makes the place look and feel unsafe and dumpy. Please fix this, thanks!

Poor insulation. When it rains, water gets in through the window (while closed). The rooms smell like mildew. Online payment is a pain. You get charged to pay your rent online. Poor customer service

It is amazing place comfort, safe and clean nice place.

Samantha was rude . If you don't want to deal with people take a job that you don't have to. I wish I could give them no stars
