Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wallace-Hwy 41

I book this hotel quite often when I come to visit home being a Soldier and being able to spend time with my family while I'm off, but this particular time I left my wallet and did not have my ID. I had a picture of my ID on my phone and the desk clerk would still not let complete my stay which was already reserved through IHG hotels. I asked her why does she need to have a physical copy if all they do is make a copy of the ID. She stated that they do not make copies of the ID; that they only need to see it and that's their policy. So why not accept a photo of it is my question . I drove all this way just to be told I couldn't stay because I don't have a physical copy of my ID. I am very disappointed at the service I received from this location and I will not be staying again! If I could give zero stars I would.

We stayed here on trip recently. This place is very nice. There is a great restaurant and bar right next door.

Great place to stay! Staff was amazing, and the rooms where clean.

Nice friendly atmosphere. Clean and well maintained.

The staff was friendly and even though there was a problem with my card they remained friendly and professional. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
