Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fayetteville South

4/1-4/2 both interactions with front desk checking in and checking out was very pleasant friendly and informative. It's a very new establishment so you can't go wrong there, although it appears housekeeping could improve a little. I really love the the room set up and decor they chose very beautiful and clean I must say. Breakfast provided was minimum but exceptional, great choices available. Thank you all very much when I'm in the area again I will definitely stay again. A little on the pricey side but I absolutely recommend

Clean and fairly comfortable were the pluses. The down side, no frills with not much to do in the area. No snack bar to speak of. The breakfast was non existent. The rate was supposed to be adjusted when I arrived, but they declined to do so. Not bad, but probably the plainest Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at.

Very clean and accommodating. Lots of motels were already full and we needed 2 rooms. They were fantastic. We stayed in 2 different Holiday Inns along our trip and our next trip I will look to stay in a Holiday Inn, both were great!

Very nice place! Almost brand new! Very enjoyable stay! I have stayed there twice now.

Booked & had confirmation of a 2 queen bed suite. Was given keys to a king room not even a suite. Came back downstairs and was told they didn’t have anything available to accommodate my family of 4 after being in the car all day the last thing my family wanted to do was spend 2 hours of dealing with this headache & get nowhere not even offered an additional room for the family to split & have beds. I then come to the front desk hours later at 9pm to ask for extra bedding so we can sleep on the floor since 4 people obviously can’t fit in one king bed was told they were in the dryer they would call me to come back down when they were ready. Went back to my room called an hour later and was told they are extremely busy and over booked. I’m pretty sure you should A. Plan ahead or B. Hire more staff. I’ve now been waiting in the lobby for 2 hours and still yet no bedding at midnight so my children can go to sleep. Would never recommend using Holiday Inn nor IHG
