Regency Inn Fayetteville

Wish I could say many great things. There are only 2; the people in the office are nice and they're always available. Run down hotel that has potential but not the proper care for it to have guests. I was awaken by many itchy sensations, yes , bedbugs. Definitely not worth that price!

Room was not clean. I paid 74 dollars for a room with no renovations. The bathroom light didn't work it just flickered. The only good thing I can say is no traffic and VERY quiet.

Quiet and discreet. Nice rooms and has daily and weekly rates. I DID have to change rooms because of a bed bug issue in the first room and had to get the air conditioner/heater changed out. Notwithstanding, I would patronize Regency Inn again.

The owner was very accommodating to me, as I was unable to afford the daily rate, and allowed me a great deal of trust to pay him. Good place to stay, no better people than this.

Very clean, quiet, and well managed property. Staff was courteous and helpful to me.
