WoodSpring Suites Fayetteville

Staff is awesome. Been here for awhile with no issues. The Manager Mrs. Jones is very courteous and helpful. Front desk clerk is helpful and very courteous as well. Close to downtown Fayetteville and close to Ft. Bragg. Close to shopping, restaurants, walking trails and park! Clean rooms and are very cautious with Covid issues. Love the place!

Do not book here. We drove the few minutes off of I95 to get to this hotel after 12 hours of driving with our 2 dogs. When we arrived the check in desk gate was down and we picked up the phone as the instructions said to do so. We couldn’t get through for about 15 minutes. At that point we called the corporate line and they put us on hold. 5 minutes later they came back and said the night attendant said there are no rooms left and they cannot accommodate even though they confirmed they saw the reservation. No idea what happened but this seems to be a recurring issue in recent reviews.nnBook the Sleep Inn instead. It’s closer to the interstate and they are dog friendly with clean rooms.

This specific Woodspring Suites has the absolute best hotel staff of any hotel I think I've been to. They know exactly what they are doing and they're extremely nice and helpful.

I have been in residence at the WoodSpring Suites Fayetteville NC for the past ten (10) months since February 2020. My time at this location has been excellent. The facility is well maintained and the staff is great. Customer service standards are at a very high level and the support staff is way above standard. Starting with the facility manager Ms Nairobi Jones and the WoodSpring staff have made my stay great. Ms Jones and staff are very diligent is informing the residents of the health regulations in regards to the Covid-19 pandemic crisis. All policies are strictly followed and all public areas are clean. The facility is safe and secure and all maintenance issues are addressed and resolved promptly.My overall rating is 5 Stars... Excellent

Staff was friendly, overall I would not stay again due to the noise and cleanliness.
