Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Fayetteville Fort Bragg Area

Staff is rude and some of their appearance is very unwelcoming. My room was not clean to my standards. I've worked here before and the rooms are not as clean as they use to be. I checked in and automatically noticed the room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was hair in the tub. The pillow and duvet had stains on them. The face towels had hair in them. I was quite disappointed. When we went to the front desk the were rude and just blew my concerns off as if I was bothering her. They said we can give you a refund instead of apologizing and re accommodating me into a clean room. The hotel needs updating and a good cleaning.nThe image posted are of rooms I cleaned while working there. They look nothing like this now!

Stayed here a few years ago and blocked it out and after booking it and arriving I see why. Was regretting my choice as soon as I pulled up. It is good for a quick stay, maybe one night, but nothing more. In the four years since I stayed last nothing has changed--even down to the curtains. The hotel needs some serious TLC and a good cleaning especially in the bathroom area.nnIt is close to everything, which is nice, the TV has tons of channels, and the staff were nice upon checking in, but that is about all I can say positive about the hotel. Definitely pay a little bit more and stay somewhere that is cleaner and more updated. So sad, keep going!

This hotel is rated 3 stars for the Ramada side and 2 for the Baymont side however both are the same quality and probably shouldn’t be rated with any stars. Rooms were not clean. Very old furniture inside the rooms. Stays on the carpet and curtains. Dead bugs in room.

Clean like VERY clean. Great place I would recommend it to anyone. Prices do change nightly depends on how busy they are that day?? Great food and free pool for guest. The bar was fantastic they can make anything you want to drink ud83dude1cud83dude42. Love this place ud83dudc93

The property is getting pretty rundown, management wasn't available and they were clearly short staffed. The only bright spot of my visit was the front desk person, Cindy. She gets 5 stars. Pick another location to stay.
