Mt Rose Hotel

Superb ! Very clean and quiet. As stated the beds are springy...but all was well. I enjoyed my stay and will be back

This was my fourth visit. It was a cold night. The heat wasn't working and there were no blankets in the closet. Otherwise very good.

I travel from Florida to Virginia frequently. I've stayed at this hotel each time as a stop over and they have been very accommodating. Last time I stayed, I got a late start and had to check in two hours after their front desk closed. The owner personally stayed up for me to get me and my kids set up. They are awesome.

Clean... very, very clean. Hotel appears to be run by a family who put their heart-and-soul into keeping the place clean. Neighborhood was meh but the hotel made up for it.

My stay was okey. The room is very basic, no elevator. However after a night stay, I was charged an extra $19.86 aside from $110 for the night. When I called the hotel, they denied the extra charge and promised to send the reciept proving that they only charge me $110. Who charged me that extra then? When I insist that it is their establishment, the manager or owner, I suppose got very upset and raise his voice to keep on denying the charges. He told me to deal with my credit card. What kind of customer service it that?
