I work at a clinic. Tried calling to place an important prescription for one of our patients and was on hold for over an hour. We do not have time for that as we have other patients to see. Need more staff I guess.

I went in to do shopping with my daughter we were having fun looking around it seems very expensive but it still was fun then we got up to the cash register I was intrested in a cable and they seemed to be locked so I asked the cashier for help she came over and snatched it off the rack and handed it to me like I really disappointed in. If I'm not mistaken a cashier's job is to help people right? It really made me want to just drop everything and leave I will not return to this one ever.the casher name was marina. Then after leaving the store we drove through the parking lot that had many potholes that would damage your car not a safe place to be especially if your handicap

I made a covid test for 2:50 pm and didn’t get seen until 4:20 pm. They tried to call me while I was in line to cancel but I explained that I couldn’t get out of the line due to people behind me. When I got up to the window, the tech was very rude and unprofessional. He tried to say “I have some bad news” like he wasn’t going to give me my test but I guess someone told him that they had called me. He over talked me, looked as he didn’t want to be there and wasn't pleasant to deal with. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I will drive across town to Ramsay street because they were quick and efficient. If you can’t handle giving the tests, please remove the times from your website. This really was the WORST experience ever.

The Employees here, needs to have Customer Service Training, I have dealt with a few Rude employees @ this CVS. Something has to change...
