Hampton Inn New Bern

Alyssa was extremely welcoming, friendly, and energetic when I checked in and was amazing the following days during my stay. I asked her for restaurant recommendations and she did not let me down! She even gave me advice on what type of traffic I would experience on my drive to my work destination for the week and was spot on. The Hilton family is extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to employ such a terrific person!

The checkin process was ok, normal. The rooms was average as expected. The breakfast was good( as told by my mom, she stayed at the hotel). I checked the room in for my mom, I went in. I must say they need to upgrade or change their linens, blankets and pillows. Two of the pillows were just yellow and ugly. The towels were old. Otherwise, the people were friendly. It's a 3 star hotel for a short stay.

Room was very nice and extremely clean. The complimentary breakfast was the only downside. They have very limited choices and no fresh cooked food.
