My granddaughter has outgrown her bike. She and I went to Flythe's today to see what size bike she should have. The gentleman gave us the info, and sold me (and installed) a like new larger seat for her to use until she decides on a bike.nExcellent customer service!!

I have a high end but aging mountain bike. Dropped it off for a full tune-up and they did the best tune-up I have ever had. Great job and great price.

I brought my bike to Flythe’s for a loose gear cable. The bike specialist took my bike to the back and tightened the cable at no charge. Could have easily charged $50, but said he was glad to help. Great service from this local gem.

Open since 1977 owner Mac Flythe and his staff are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. We’re an active retired couple in our 70’s, and decided to give up two wheelers for recumbent trikes. We live in Wilmington so our initial contact was by phone, and followup emails were quickly answered. Mac gave us good advice and guided us to appropriate trike models. When we visited the store to test ride, trikes were individually adjusted to our dimensions, which included crank adapters for my wife who is shorter than average. We decided to purchase, and since we don’t have a vehicle that can accommodate two trikes, Mac delivered them to our Wilmington home at no additional charge! To say we’re completely satisfied with our experience is an understatement. Thanks Mac!
