Poor customer service and rules are entirly to strict

Management is alittle hard headed and no easily understood. And has no understanding of customer courtesy. You will receive plenty of phone calls reminding you of the check out time. Starting an hour before check out. Enjoy. And they are good rooms with alittle more cleaning efforts.

Nasty just down right unacceptable was there less than an hr. Had to have friends come help load up wasn't going to stay there. And they threatened to call the law cause we was leaking.

If you need place just to stay without any fancy staff, this is good option. On front desk lady was very rude.

Don't waste your money or time at this hotel. Horrible staff, sorriest hotel in lenoir. The only reason they get 1 star is because I have to write this review
