Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Southport

Walls are made out of paper and by whole room shook whenever my neighbor would stomp around at all hours of the day. Hotel staff never did anything after multiple complaints. Will never stay at a hampton again, you can get a much better place for a better price.

Great place to stay. Staff is excellent. The only thing that I think that they should do better is enforce the mask wearing. My husband has a weak immune system due to him being on dialysis & their were people constantly walking around with no mask & not using the tissue provided to press the elevator button. I chose this place due to all the precaution that they had in place to keep their guest safe.

Very clean. Nice atmosphere. The only thing I didn't like was there was not a bathroom door. Just a sliding door. I need my peace especially if I'm with someone I do not know real well

By far one of the best hotels regarding how serious they are taking the pandemic and being clean. I am not sure that we will visit Southport anytime soon, but this hotel stay will definitely make me select Hampton Inns over any other place.
