Knights Inn Elizabethtown

We always stay at Knights Inn when we visit my Mom in NC. It is always clean and the prices are amazing! It is like a home away from home!

I looked past the lady taking my payment in pajamas and no shoes. I didn’t expect a 5 star hotel of course but I also didn’t expect to be there all of 3 minutes and roaches come out. The front desk personnel was extremely rude when I asked for documentation of a refund. The poor customer service, or lack there of is totally unacceptable from any business that values their customers.
