I purchased a commercial property in West Valley on March 2018 that was built 4 years ago. Alan Archuletta of Exceptional Roofing constructed the roof. Commercial roofs are generally covered by a 20 to 30 yr warranty. According to the tenants, the roof leaked prior to my purchase but this was not disclosed to me by the seller, nor was it discovered by the inspector that I hired. I met Alan once, we climbed onto the roof, and he made various excuses and agreed to do some minor patchwork. Since then, the roof continues to leak, I have paid for a number of roofing fixes from other roofers, all of whom have concluded that the initial roof was poorly done. I have documented attempts at texts and calls to have Alan. If he does not respond within the next few days, I will take legal action.
