I had a nasty experience with one of there RUDE workers. I contacted the store about it and they were more than willing to compensate me and fix the issue. SHOUTS OUT TO SCOTT!! Great job! Really appreciate it.

I will not shop where there is nasty attitudes and poor customer service. I have two children and during this difficult time for everyone, don’t expect attitudes at this particular location when asking about stock. I will be loyal to companies who are loyal to me during times like these!

Horrible customer service

I plan to never visit this location again ever. I normally don't take such a hard stance about stores, but LV Health and Welness is my new pharmacy and I will have to break down and go to Walmart for my personal items. I had a return and they refused to accept it. They didn't even look at the receipt initially. They just get saying its seasonal and we cannot resale it. Then send it back to the manufacturer. I only go to this location and the E. St. Louis location, but not I do not plan to support either one. The new one they built at S. Kingshighway has always been discriminatory and bias. I used to enjoy going to walgreens and would spend close to 75.00 every month. It was something about it. Also their customer service line workers are inept. I was on the phone for over 30 minutes because Keisha could not take my complaint properly. Her supervisor Chiquita ended up having to take it. I am thoroughly disappointed that the store refused my return and did not offer me a store credit. CVS here I come!!!
