I very happy with Granada Cyclery. They are the true experts. I walked in not knowing much about bikes. After walking out of Granada I found the bike for my wife and feel I know everything about bikes. Also a huge plus with shopping here is that they support freedom and do not require mask.
I needed a new bike . A friend suggested to go to Granada cycle to look at the specialized bike brand. I did go looked at the bikes took one for a ride. The staff is very knowledgeable extremely friendly willing to answer any questions that you have. I love the fact that they told me to just take the bike, go for a ride they'll see me when I get back. I purchased the bike and got there service plan. Extremely happy with the service and the product I will be back.
Brad and most of his team at Granada are tried and true cyclists with great knowledge for anyone from the novice rider to the pros.
My experience with Granada Cyclery has been exceptional. Even through these hectic times and bicycling being the go to thing to do Brad and his team make it top priority to service their customers in a well respected manner. I’ve become a regular at this bike shop and it has become my second home it never ceases to amaze me how quick they can solve a issue, how understanding they are and how they do not try to upsale you like many other bike shops! They tell you exactly what you need never nothing more. If you are looking for quality work and or accessories or a bike this is the place to go!
