Hy-Vee Pharmacy

Their online ordering was awful. I tried it a number of times, just to give them a chance. I was missing items, like a third of the order. They tried to make it right and deliver, then Door Dash wasn’t available. For a 2:00 order, I finally drove to the store and picked up my stuff at 8:30. It still was not right. They sent me a gift card to compensate fir my time. The second time not getting it right was the last time I tried them.

I called up here to get a quote for a medication before having it sent. The lady who answered was named Destiny and she was very rude. She had an attitude from the start. She told me to look it up myself. Had no interest in helping me and I hope this isn’t what Hyvee pharmacy allows their customers to be treated like.

They’re always nice and ready to help you in any way they can. Normally you don’t have to wait long either.
