Loved this place. They let us test ride the bikes we eventually ended up getting. I know they will be fair and quick when tune-ups or repairs are needed in the future. Thanks for your help and the great experience.

Bicycle Outlet is the only bike shop I will use for bicycle servicing and sales. The staff is very friendly. No pressure sales. Great service department with reasonable prices.

I had a rear wheel with a finicky/busted hub. They tried getting in touch with the manufacturer of this wheel hub to get specifications so we could possibly salvage the hub but the manufacturer never responded so instead I asked them to replace the hub entirely doing a complete wheel rebuild. They did a quick, professional job and at a very affordable price. I would recommend this bike shop for sure!

Bicycle Outlet is my favorite bike shop in town. If I ever need anything done to my bike, I can bring it in and they'll do everything they can to get me riding again as soon as possible. Their fees are fair and they always do fantastic work. Everyone there is super nice and very good at what they do. Would recommend Bicycle Outlet to anyone.
