I love shopping and seeing what I buy in person instead of online. Being able to come to the store and buy exactly what is on the Trek website with the same price is awesome. Add to that very good customer service and very helpful staff that can answer all of my questions and provide good tips as well!

Got my bike all done up needed to get a pair of riding shorts the guy was helpful and check some specs out for me. They have awesome bikes in there and everything you need to ride. Check them out you won't be disappointed.

I got to say from beginning to end the whole staff was beyond a 10. Friendly,helpful and most of all patient.I came in probably 5 to 6 times over a few months before I decided on the trek marlin and every time they were more than happy to answer my hundred questions.lol. Thanx A & B.

They are so friendly and helpful. I am a wheelchair user, and they have been helpful with accessories for my wheelchair as well as wheel maintenance for the wheelchair! Totally recommend to anyone who is in a wheelchair in the Springfield area!
