The rooms and hotel is clean. I don't like not having privacy. The side doors don't open from the outside, so you have to come through the lobby, which is a total inconvenience. Breakfast bags? Why are hotels using the covid-19 pandemic has an excuse to cheat us out of a hot breakfast? Other hotel chains are improvising by having a hotel kitchen employee serve the breakfast to guests.

Amazing I loved the the tub in room 319. Very spacious and very good customer services. Definitely will be staying again.

Pool was freezing.nHot tub was out of order.nBreakfast was poor at best with no hot food - understandable during COVID, but no fruit either? Coffee in room only - very poor quality,nIn room, smoke detector was covered and room smelled like someone had been vaping or smoking weed. Bed frame was also dusty.nBathroom was dirty, moldy and their was hair on the floor. Toilet had a ring and sink was not cleaned either. Hair dryer did not work - not great seeing as we had a very important meeting that day.

Place was clean, safe, and staff was very helpful. They allowed us to gather for a small get together to celebrate a birthday in the dining area.

We stayed at this hotel on Christmas. The lobby was clean and the check in process was quick.nnOnce we got in the room I pulled the covers back to inspect the sheets and spray disinfectant and there was hair in the both beds. There was also a sticky ring on the desk as if someone spilled soda and the can left a ring that wasn’t clean.nnThe front desk clerk moved us to another room. The second room was decent but there were black spots on the comforter that looks like mold. At this point we’re too tired to move again, we have a newborn and a toddler that were sound asleep. We decided to put the moldy comforter in the bathroom and all four of us piled up on one bed.
