I felt safe and comfortable. Customer service was good. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. Continental breakfast was better than expected with the safety changes we have. In short, pleasant experience.
Stayed during March 2021, felt very safe. Room was 2 queens. Sheets and pillowcases were the softest I've ever had at a hotel. Shower was tepid and I felt cramped at 5'7. Breakfast was expired yogurt, bacon egg and cheese sandwiches, and good coffee.
It was ok til I figure out they were over charging my debit card. This place only accept cards, I wonder why ud83eudd14. I had to call my bank have my card cancelled and get another one because they were putting extra charges my card and telling me my card declined. Got my money back tho. Be careful when you swipenyour card at this hotel
Ok. I was leery staying in a hotel. (Sorry their cleanliness makes me nervous) let me be clear holiday inn - in pocomoke exceeded my expectations. I didn't hang around for breakfast although I've heard it's good. The room was clean- smelled good- and quiet!will be staying again and would and will reccomend to friends and family.
Love the staff and the room, GREATEST! hotel I've stayed in and in process of trying to convince my company to let me stay here duration of Job on wallops island, Stormy front desk she is very polite and easy to talk to if you have any issues.
