This place was the worst place in the world, it was awful!! Nothing worked the owner is very very sick and it was the weirdest experience in my lifetime!! It does not even deserve 1 star!!! Simply HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
We stayed in Cambridge to look at some real estate nearby and chose the Albanus Phillips Inn wanting to learn more about the fascinating history of the house and the area. The home is an architectural wonder which has been lovingly and meticulously restored by the owner. Not a detail was overlooked and the furnishings perfectly match the elegance and sophistication of the home. The folks at the Inn were courteous and attentive. They are also a wealth of information regarding local history. We were so intrigued, we spent almost 2 hours eating breakfast learning about the particularly rich history of the area, the house, and the country in general. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. I highly recommend the Inn as THE place to stay in beautiful, historic Cambridge, which is without a doubt one of Maryland’s finest towns. Alex

An incredible B&B in historic Cambridge, with tons of history in its own right! The folx running it are kind and warm, the breakfast is great, and beds are especially comfy. Highly recommend!
Stayed here while attending a wedding down the street. Host were very accommodating and pleasant. Shared with us at breakfast about the history of the house and the many presidents that stayed under its roof. Wasn't estacic about the breakfast choice, and the limited channel selection on the TV was kind of annoying but we weren't I'm the room all that much so it was OK. Other than that, room was clean and well kept and the bathroom was recently renovated so that was really nice too.
