The owner Chuck wasn't friendly at all. Terry, the house keeper was awesome. Mad sure we were WELL taken care of. Thanks for your EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRY! JOB WELL DONE!!!

First of all Chuck was great. He was helpful with our questions regarding parking, eating establishments and safety. The fountain area was very relaxing but we were unable to enjoy ias it was unkempt. They were very dog friendly and I was sincerely appreciative. Thr oom was beautiful at first glance. Then you realize that the floor was very filthy, the dishes had coffee in the bottom of glasses. The bowl on top had what looked like soup in bowl, Bedspread had cigarette burns in it, the night stand was sticky had to clean , Shower head had a leak and sprayed on ceiling and out into bathroom.The doors were very difficult to use and didn't feel safe with room locks. Couldn't use Wi-Fi because they didn't know their password for access.they were. No ice machines. They only way to obtain was to wait for ice to freeze in cracked and broken ice trays. The only positives were the staff was fantastic very extremely nice and location. With some TLC would return.

If there were a worse option than a 1 star review this place deserves it. I had a trip planned to stay here for my 1st wedding anniversary, it had to be cancelled due to covid-19. The owner of this establishment, Mark, assured me it would be time and I would get my refund. It was now been 3 MONTHS LATER and I still have NOT received a refund. I have sent emails, I have called and recited no response. This past weekend my husband and I went to visit a friend in the city for the day and decided to stop by to see if we could speak with someone and resolve this issue. I spoke with a staffember who was very nice and called the owner to come in from his walk to talk with me, the owner yelled at me that bill get my money and hung up the phone, his employee was in shock, called him again and he yelled once more and stated he is NOT coming back to speak withe he didn't have time for that and hung up once more. This is by far the WORST customer service. How can you run a business this way? I am sad because I was looking forward to my stay there, but now I will GLADLY find a stay elsewhere. After that, I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I'm sorry to disappoint anyone who was excited for their stay.

The room was nice, the courtyard was amazing. We fell in love with the host Chuck and even Terry that takes care of cleaning. We spent a lot of time truly enjoying the courtyard. The close proximity to everything was beyond perfect. Give this place a shot. You cant go wrong.
