It's okay. Decor is cute, but the place is obviously attended by an amateur handyperson. With a minimal investment and a lot more attention this property could be first rate. There is no customer service to comment on. I've not spoken to a human being throughout my transaction.
This place is awful!! I would not recommend staying here. I booked this place for Halloween weekend and when we arrived, there was no place to check in and so the bartender helped me. The keys were not left for me. The bartender gave me the number to call the manager/owner. He was extremely rude about the issue of him not leaving the keys and trying to find our room. When we finally got into the room, it looked as if it hasn't been cleaned in years. Bugs, sand and hair all in the sheets , and rusted showers. Called the guy back and told him I was not staying here because of these things. They ended up charging me $65 after they said they wouldn't charge me. This place doesn't deserve one star.
Quaint period style guest suite. Within walking distance to French Quarter, restaurants and attractions. Suite E could use new bedding and pillows.
Terrible heater was working .... Froze all night no one answered the the phone.. wasted my money... Toilet seat broke . Space heater wasn't warm enough Ain't coming back
Cockroaches in the room, mold in the closets and in the ventilation. I left in the evening of the first night when cockroaches were out in the room for a party...nAnd of course, the owner/manager didn't respond until Airbnb called him to cancel the booking.
