Ac doesn't work, young night time staff unwelcoming. Door give was broken to our room and unsafe. Damage and water damage to interior room. Weak caving in floors. Felt completely unsafe. Even with door locked all you had to do was push it open since hinges were broken. DISASTER. They don't tell you there's a 150 deposit to u get there. Owner seems to say sorry on review but don't see them fixing anything. We left a day early to find a different hotel in a different city

Giving one star is mandatory in order to review or I'd give no stars. Hotel was disgusting! Staff was friendly that's it. Pair of dirty boxers in front of the main entrance, hallways were filled with garbage and stunk of pot. Room I was supposed to be in looked like it had a crime take place in it. Do not stay here! I got my money back and went somewhere else.

Just don't do it. This is the worst place. If you book online, they won't check you in unless you pay double. Corporate can't help you because they're a franchise. Your online booking agent can't help you because the front desk refuses to answer the phone. The looks of the parking lot really sums up experiences with this place. If you try to talk it out with the desk clerk, they literally stop talking to you and ignore you. Just go next door, the rates are similar and the rooms there are at least clean.

Ever heard of a motel giving you a reservation and then randomly cancelling it without contacting you or a front desk where the front desk puts up a sign at night saying they won't be back for over two hours. Well that's this place and Zero stars would be more accurate. Couldn't even call to tell someone you just straight up cancel on them. Hospitality to the ownership of this location clearly means something else. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to stay.

Horrible third floor no a.c. moved to the second floor same thing plus dirty room. Moved again to frist floor again no a.c. an dirty room. Same your money an time an stay at the Hilton
