Wasn't a bad hotel/motel, whichever they're wanting to call this place. TV w/cable, a/c was nice and cold the way it has to be for my preference, could have had better shampoo and conditioner and soap, Looks like the hotel wanted to save money buying the cheapest damn soap they can possibly get, that's not cool considering I paid $81 for one night. The price continues to rise while the rooms get worse and worse. These rooms dont even have mini fridges or microwaves. My Survey Company stayed here for 20 years. Sometimes 8 of us for weeks, we always had a good price but now its just stupid. We are currently looking elsewhere for more accommodating places.

I have to give 1 star but wish iIcould give none. I have filed a theft report againat them and reported them to the Better Busniess Bureau. They will lie to you and steal your money after telling you they are booked. They have very poor managment and very bad attitudes. Do not stay here. They should be shut down.

These people are incompetent i rented a room for a week and they charge my credit card 3 times and it has been a week and i have only recieved one of my refunds i have tried and even my bank has called and no luck now they changed my room and was given a room with a tv that does not work, shower courtains look like it has blood on them, shower head is missing the front door does not have a seal and they couldn't change my room so i asked for my money back and can't do that either so what gives with these lazy people in new orleans.
