BEST HOTEL EVER!!!! Wayne, Leslie, Eric, Randell, Maureen, Bill, Lisa, Meryl, Reid, Anthony are super helpful and they are such an amazing crew. I will always be staying here when I am visiting New Orleans.
Excellent location, wonderful city view from the room. This is a new hotel,. The room I stayed at was extremely comfortable. I have now saved it in my favorites for next time I visit the French Quarter.
This was my first time in NOLA. We’re from Philadelphia and I’m a huge fan of Marriott. This hotel was awesome, especially the location. Bourbon Street was a 6 minute walk, if that. Restaurants are everywhere. Trolley cars and busses are literally across the street from the hotel. Don’t waste your money on a car.nOur room was beautiful, clean, smoke free and it had a view of the city, which topped it off. Allen greeted us our first day there and our last day there and he made us feel welcome the moment we walked in. He gave us tips for restaurants and how to get around. I can be annoying at times but it didn’t bother him at all. I’m huge on customer service and hospitality and he definitely exceeded those expectations. I want to say thank you for that and him. Thank you for an amazing stay. I will definitely be returning.
Very nice hotel and rooms and extremely clean, however, they are the only hotel who apparently haven't figured out their free breakfast game during the pandemic when every other hotel has. So they just don't serve it.
From the moment I walked in Allen greeted me with a huge smile from behind his mask!! He was kinda and extremely helpful. The check-in was simple, the room was spacious and clean and has everything we need for our Christmas Stay-Cation! Awesome view!
