Sonesta ES Suites New Orleans

Great timeshare rooms. Full kitchen and great rates. Would have given 5 stars but they put me on the side with no view and construction. Not bad though really.

Stayed for almost 3 months, this place was beautiful. It was in walking distance of everything. Staff were very friendly. Beds are very comfortable, I worked nights and the blackout curtains were definitely a plus. Definitely would go back.

Nice hotel loved the room. If you do valet make sure you have nothing valuable sitting out near your arm rest or glovebox cause they kept going through my stuff everytime they parked and pulled my car up and they also adjusted my seat all the way as if they was laying down while they ride I my car. Honestly valet I feel can not be trusted that's why they take so long.

Great place to stay. I'm here for the 2nd time. Makes you feel like your right at home with the full kitchen. Very clean hotel.

We were visiting with the family (4 adults) and reserved a 2 bedroom suite. The rooms were 2 separate kings. The only thing I did not like is one had an en suite and the other had a full bathroom down the hall. I was under the impression the bathrooms were *in* each individual room. Learn from my mistakes and pack a ROBE if you are with business colleagues or extended family unless you want that weird, super awkward and uncomfortable moment ud83dude05. It had a full kitchen with microwave, full refrigerator, and full sized stove. Be aware the smoke detector is right next to the stove, so no high heat as we set the smoke detector off. Weird thing was we called them to let them know and they were like, happens all the time, no worries. Then, 4 days later before we checked out, guy calls up and says our alarm was going off and it wasn't, so I am not sure if their fire system was working properly. You get a daily breakfast bag as well as coffee and it varied from banana Muffins, Blueberry Muffins, fruit, Granola bars, and water depending on the day. There was one lady who was literally at the desk and busy every time we stopped by. I do not remember her name, but she was very friendly and always spoke. You can tell she takes pride in her job and did a great job. When we checked out on 3/31 ), we requested and were given a late check out. Well, our key no longer worked when we tried to swipe in at 12:55 to grab our luggage (in hindsight, we should have just checked out and asked them to hold our luggage at the desk). He rudely informed us check out was at 12. Other than him, being an a$$, everyone else was awesome! You'd expect a friendlier attitude when we already prepaid almost $1,000 and tourism has been down for so long. Oh, well, everyone cannot provide superior customer service. GM, you may want to have your young man retrained by the other friendly staff because that definitely wasn't Southern Hospitality...Just saying!
