Our check in staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean. NO bedbugs. Hot water. Clean bathroom. Neighbors were quiet. No complaints. I’d definitely stay here again. Great location.
Very inconvenient the space heater in our room was shorting out. The power went out in our room only, and it took the manager/staff 45 min to get us moved to another room, it was 33 degrees that night. The manager had a nasty attitude. The room and faculty was well kept and our stay would have been enjoyable if for not for the mishaps. Price is nice but kindness is nicer, customer service is important.
The first room I was given was a disaster, and the person who checked me in was openly opinionated in a borderline unprofessional way. The room had broken plaster and no heat during a winter freeze. They didn’t have any kind of emergency contact, so I had to sleep fully clothed for warmth. When they reopened in the morning the front desk person working was amazing, gave me a refund for my trouble and let me use the room next door to take a shower with heat. I don’t understand why I wasn’t given that room, everything worked and it was very cute. If I’d been given that room I would have left 5 stars. The morning front desk persons kindness is why this is a 3 star and not 1 star. I would consider giving them another chance, but I would want to see the room and ensure things worked.
The facility is not too bad but it definitely needs some TLC. The customer service is pretty good. But all in all they need to give it a decent amount of work to repair and replace some things. Other than that it's not a bad place and the prices aren't bad either.
Was booked for 5 nights but barely made it through 1. The room was filthy with stained sheets and towels that even had holes in them! We had no working t.v. but we DID have snorers on either side that we could hear quite well through the paper thin walls. Seems to be a hangout lately with posters advising patrons not to let so-and-so on the property. The little plastic junkie bags littering the courtyard said it all.nOn the plus side, the manager was very sweet and refunded our night and canceled the remaining nights.
