We went here for breakfast in Christmas. The hotel itself is so beautiful they had it decorated to the nines for Christmas. All the staff is so nice and helpful and always willing to help or just talk with you. The breakfast menu was a great mix of classics with some local takes on classics. The food was incredible you won't be disappointed. Also locationally it is in a perfect spot for you to stay and be able to see the best of New Orleans!
Our room was clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel is located in a great location within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping, gambling, and other activities.
Nice Hotel and good employees. I wo yu old have given it 5 Stars but the last night there Room Service delivered our food to the wrong room, and when I called to inquire about the food and drinks, I was told that it was delivered to another room. Then it took another hour to get our order. It took room service 2 hours to get us our food.
I had family in from out of town and provided a room here for them for 2 nights so they could get a feel of the city. The room and service were both top notch.
This place is FABULOUS! Warren. Jackie and Ross are part of the staff. They truly stand out and go above and beyond! Thank you 3 for making our stay so lovely.nOur room was beautiful and clean. They brought up a dog bed and food bowls for our puppy which made my wife fall more in love with this place. Wished we could have stayed longer.nIt’s tucked away yet close enough to walk to the sights. We ate at the Polo Lounge the drinks and food were very good.nCannot say enough about the Windsor Court. If you can, book your next stay here. You will not be disappointed that’s for sure!
