It's new so they're still working the kinks out, but the service is terrific. Kudos to Whitney for making sure we loved our stay. Great location near the river and quarter. Give serious consideration to eating at the bistro. The menu is limited but the food is on par with other nice restaurants in the quarter. We'll definitely consider coming back. Windsor Court has some competition.

Definitely one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel is very modern and beautifully designed. The bar and restaurant were spectacular. The rooms were large with high ceilings and the beds were super comfortable. The lobby is a thing of beauty. The hotel is in a wonderful location with lots of things to do in walking distance, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc... The staff was courteous and very helpful. The room was spotless, and sanitized. Overall, just an amazing experience, basically a lot of hotel for a great price. I would recommend to anyone, and I can't wait to go back. See ya soon!

We love this hotel. From the time you walk into the lobby you can tell that this is not a major chain hotel. The lobby is rustic elegant with the original exposed beams and walls. There is a wonderful bar and restaurant attached to the lobby. The rooms are a combination of rustic and modern with an extremely can bed. One of the best parts of the hotel is by far the rooftop patio that is available to guests 24 hours a day/night. We went out to Bourbon Street and then to the Casino for a few hours. When we finally got back to the hotel it was 3am and it was wonderful to just grab a couple of beers and go up to the roof. In the 20+ times that we have been to New Orleans, THIS IS OUR FAVORITE HOTEL IN NEW ORLEANS so far.

Love the hotel. Great historic detail, with a modern feel. Will definitely book here again. The location is fantastic for exploring the Quarter. The Crescent Sweet had fantastic views and was very comfortable.

If you read my reviews you’ll see that I really hate spending money I don’t get my money’s worth or I feel ripped off. ONE 11 IS NOT ONE OF THOSE PLACES!! ITS AMAZING! PERFECT IN EVERY WAY! THE SWEETEST STAFF! LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! I’m in love! ILL BE BACK!
