Excellent customer service! Great place to stay for a traveler in need! And the room was perfect for what I was looking for!
Not following covid 19 guidelines !!!! Comforters are not washing after each guest, rooms are properly cleaned!!!
The carpet was stained with dirt, nats flying around and the walls are too thin.
The rooms are dirty, smell of smoke and literally gave me bed bugs.nThe area is not safe. People come and go all night, causing the surrounding area to be loud.nThe staff is rude and not accommodating.nWould recommend literally any other hotel or motel.nEmbarrassed to say that I had to stay here for a night due to having complications in reservations at another hotel..nAs another reviewer has pointed out, a person who was wanted for murder killed themselves in room 117 (First 48 season 15, episode 15).nDo yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE!
