Let me begin by saying I got this hotel for incredibly cheap so I tried not to go in with any expectations. It wasn’t the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at but it was tolerable. I definitely would not stay again unless I got it for extremely cheap based on the accommodations. My main problem with the stay was the lack of hot water for showers. I let them know the first day the hot water wasn’t working and they said they’d work on it. And in their defense that night when I got back it was maybe luke-warm instead of ice cold; so they tried. The elevator was also broken so I had to use the stairs which would of been fine but they reeked of weed. The staff was just okay as well. No one moved with any urgency nor were they super helpful. Hopefully the new ownership helps turn it around! The location was super convenient and I never felt unsafe.

Upon checking in our room was dirty, and the bathroom floor had some kind of oil in it so it was very slippery. When I called the front desk I was told there's nothing she could do... We stayed there for 4.5 days and our room was cleaned only once and that was after speaking to the new owner. The first night of our stay two cars were broke into in the back parking lot, my daughter and I got stuck in the elevator which was very scary! The housekeeper's have all their kids with them and the only one day they cleaned our room, food and drinks disappeared from our room. The hotel was in ok condition considering the price. I will never stay here again...

I come to New Orleans to work a few days every week and I always stay at this hotel. The staff is very helpful and accommodating and I haven’t had any issues. The area is safe and quiet.

No problems the front desk clerks is amazing they clean floors and trash daily always smells great and clean the room i stayed in always clean every morning and plus they have day and night security last and least they prices or great for the stay
