I booked online for 4 nights and on the third night they said I owed another nights fee. The card key didn't work correctly on any of the days. Their maid cleans all the rooms by herself so it wasn't her fault that we didn't have clean towels. The poor maid was overworked working by herself to clean the rooms. They left only 2 clean towels on the 2nd day that was supposed to be for 6 people. I love Quality Inns, but this location in NOLA was ingulfed in nothing but the smell of drugs coming from other rooms.We had a bullet hole in our door, dog or some kind of animal scratches all over the Bathroom door, and the main bathroom was out of order. Not to mention the owner and workers were rude, plain out rude except for the poor maid.
RUN, don’t walk, RUN away! This was by far the biggest dump I’ve ever been to. Sketchy clientele, noisy, and did not feel safe. The only saving grace was the nice lady at the front desk gave me a full refund after we left 15min after checking in. SHUT IT DOWN!
Very nice place for the price. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.
The front desk person on 1/24/2021 at night is the worst employee to ever work a hotel. No matter how much noise came from another room, which at times seemed dangerous, she didn't care and made us feel stupid for complaining.
I enjoyed my stay decent and clean rooms
