The staff here is super kind and helpful which compensated for the fact that the coffee maker in our room had not been clean in a long time so to get hot water for our tea we had to go to the front desk and they would get it from the kitchen for us.nThis made us wonder if the rest of the room had been truly sanitized, it didn't look bad though.
NOT SAFE! Check-in staff did not wear masks, nor did the breakfast staff. I have yet to see a Best Western that does what it says it will do to keep people safe from Covid.
Staff is nice, but rooms are dirty...this place has gone down...i stayed there on 3/9/21....the next night I stayed at the Holiday inn express and the experience was like night and day....the Holiday inn was super clean....very modern & bright atmosphere...skip the Best Western and pay the extra money for the Holiday Inn....you'll thank me later.
Good experience friendly staff, except for one that worked eàrly shift on weekdays. Only one concern when the crime scene investigators, ambulance and police were there. Hope it was of natural causes not foul play. Would highly recommend they only accept AARP no other discounts offered
Hotel was nice. Staff were friendly. But what is that additional charge for 25$ Best Western holding from my account? Security deposit? What? Ok. I wait 5-10 business days. It’s 14 business days already. The money still on pending. I tried to solve this problem and were transferred to billing agent but representative says “Oh I can’t understand how I can fix it. I might to send your problem to main office and they will respond you in 5 days. What? That is a joke? I’m highly disappointed with Best Western. It is not a big amount but it’s means a lot of how you treat your visitors. Shame on the owner and all that system!!! Never ever I will stay in BW! And of course I will return my money with my bank in different way.
